Required Technical/Functional Skills Workday Certification in Core HCM (mandatory). Proven experience in designing, configuring, and supporting Workday Core HCM in an AMS or project model. Strong understanding of Workday business processes, configuration, testing, and security. Ability to conduct requirement gathering and discovery sessions with clients and propose practical solutions. Hands‑on experience in at least 2–3 Workday functional areas, including but not limited to: Core HCM (Mandatory) HCM Security (Mandatory) Recruitment / Hire‑to‑Retire / Talent Management / Adaptive Planning Experience in Workday reporting and integrations is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams. Proven ability to deliver solutions independently and as part of a team. Roles & Responsibilities Participate in design sessions and roadmap planning for Workday Core HCM. Configure Workday Core HCM modules according to business requirements and best practices. Collaborate with client teams to analyze requirements and produce detailed solution specifications. Support and maintain integrations, resolve defects, and implement updates/enhancements as needed. Track project issues and risks, communicate status, and address concerns when necessary. Provide guidance and support to geographically dispersed teams.
