About JPCC
JP Coaching Collective is a collective of experienced NCAA Division 1 college coaches dedicated to developing the next generation of student-athletes. We partner with aspiring athletes and their families to provide mentorship, coaching, and structured guidance toward collegiate and professional opportunities. We take a holistic approach: instill discipline, build the mindset, develop the right habits, and a clear cohesive strategy and plan for what comes next.
The Role
We're hiring Directors to lead our programs across eleven new sports:
• Field Hockey
• Men's and Women's Swimming
• Volleyball
• Baseball
• Softball
• Rowing
• Tennis
• Men's and Women's Golf
• Men's Lacrosse
• Men's and Women's Skiing
• Rugby
As a Director, you'll coach and mentor athletes, guide families through college recruiting, build the coaching bench that carries your sport's program forward, and share your sport's story through content. Coaches at JPCC are all independent contractors and have the freedom to move and navigate their sport landscape in the best way they see fit. We give each the blueprint to success and the support they need to build a successful business and mission through our processes and collaboration of best practices.
What You'll Do
• Lead your sport's program and set the standards and development plan for our athletes
• Coach and mentor student-athletes on their game, discipline, mindset, and habits
• Guide athletes and families through recruiting and admissions, from target school lists to coach outreach and highlight film
• Develop content for your sport, such as training tips, recruiting advice, athlete spotlights, and behind-the-scenes coaching, working with our marketing team to reach athletes, parents, and coaches
• Recruit, train, and support JPCC coaches in your sport
• Build relationships with college programs and coaches
• Contribute to alumni engagement and community outreach
What We're Looking For
• Experience playing or coaching one of the sports above at the collegiate level or higher (NCAA Division I preferred)
• Working knowledge of the college recruiting process and NCAA rules
• Strong communication with athletes, parents, and coaches
• Comfort sharing your expertise through content, whether short videos, posts, or articles
• A leader's and mentor's mindset
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage several athletes and projects at once
If you love developing athletes on and off the field, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today and help shape the next generation of student-athletes.
