This Long-term Contract opportunity focuses on enabling efficient product delivery, strengthening Scrum practices, and helping teams work through obstacles with clarity and accountability. The ideal candidate will bring strong coaching skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to guide continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.Responsibilities:• Lead core Scrum events such as sprint planning sessions, daily team syncs, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to keep delivery work organized and productive.• Mentor team members on Agile values and Scrum methods, helping build consistent practices and stronger team ownership.• Identify obstacles affecting progress and work with the team and stakeholders to resolve issues quickly and effectively.• Partner with Product Owners to keep backlog items refined, prioritized, and ready for upcoming sprint work.• Shield the team from unnecessary interruptions and manage risks related to changing priorities or expanding scope.• Use Agile performance measures, including burndown trends and team velocity, to share progress and support informed planning.• Encourage regular reflection on team processes and turn feedback into practical improvements that enhance delivery.• Coordinate with business partners and leadership to ensure team objectives remain aligned with broader organizational goals.• Support Agile adoption across multiple teams when needed by promoting consistent frameworks and collaboration standards.
