What You'll Do Manage probate and estate administration matters from inception through completion. Prepare and file Surrogate's Court petitions and all related documentation. Draft estate planning documents, including: Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Healthcare Proxies, Guardianship Applications Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional and empathetic service throughout the legal process. Communicate with beneficiaries, courts, and financial institutions. Support a team of 9 attorneys on estate planning, elder law, and probate matters. Collaborate closely with a talented group of paralegals and attorneys. Who You Are Passionate about delivering excellent and empathetic client service. Experienced in probate and estate administration. Skilled in preparing Surrogate's Court petitions and related filings. Well-versed in drafting estate planning and elder law documents. Comfortable handling significant client communication and relationship management. Proficient with: Microsoft Office Suite, HotDocs, Time Matters A collaborative team player who enjoys supporting attorneys and working alongside experienced legal professionals. Why This Opportunity?
