We are hiring immediately for an experienced and reliable Finish Carpenter/Cabinet Installer in Warrensville Heights, OH. With at least 2 years of professional carpentry, cabinet installation, or finish-carpentry experience. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and dedicated to producing quality work while working independently or with a team. A valid driver's license and the ability to lift and carry at least 75 pounds are required.

This hands-on position focuses primarily on installing custom garage cabinets, slatwall systems, trim and other garage-storage products. Team members may also assist with garage-floor installations as needed.

The ideal candidate has solid carpentry experience, strong measuring and problem-solving skills, and an eye for clean, precise work. This is a physically active, fast-paced position for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship and enjoys seeing a project come together.

Responsibilities

• Install custom garage cabinets, slatwall, trim and storage accessories
• Accurately measure, cut, level, assemble and secure materials
• Read job specifications and follow installation plans
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Identify and resolve installation challenges in the field
• Protect customers’ homes and maintain clean, organized jobsites
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Assist with garage-floor installations when needed
• Deliver consistently clean, high-quality finished work

Qualifications

• At least two years of professional carpentry, cabinet installation or finish-carpentry experience
• Strong knowledge of measurements, materials, hand tools and power tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable attendance and professional conduct
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation to our Cleveland location
• Ability to travel to residential jobs throughout Northeast Ohio
• Ability to lift, carry and maneuver cabinets, tools and installation materials
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and perform physical work throughout the day

Experience installing cabinets, built-ins, closets, slatwall or garage-organization systems is strongly preferred.
