National Star Services, a facility management company with over 27 years of experience, offers a diverse range of nationwide services. We are currently seeking for  Bilingual Admin Assistant  for our location in  Sand Spring, OK!

Job Duties:

• Answer and manage customers and clients phone calls/ emails in a courteous and timely manner.
• Assist drivers with order coordination and support.
• Accurately enter and update information in the company system.
• Systematically update entries related to truck and warehouse activate.
• Manage files, process paperwork, and maintain accurate records.
• Perform general office and administrative tasks as needed.
• Assist with other administrative duties assigned by supervisors.

Schedule: Monday - Saturday
From 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM
(42 hours per week)

Pay rate: $15.00 HR/ WEEKLY PAY

• Own transportation to get to and from work.
• A Background check will be conducted.
• 1+ year of administrative or similar experience.
• Strong communication skills and computer proficiency.
• A Background check will be conducted.
• Immediate availability.
• Updated Resume.
